With a varied background in the retail industry, Alan has honed his skills in various facets of retail operations. He has a keen eye for identifying market trends and customer preferences, allowing him to make data-driven decisions which boost sales performance. Sailesh Patel Treasurer Expand Sailesh Patel Sailesh is an accomplished qualified professional accountant bringing 25+ years’ experience in internal control, risk management, internal / external auditing and financial management having worked at a senior level in the transport and energy sectors for companies like London Transport, British Airways, BP and currently Head of Enterprise and Risk at SmartEnergy. In his extensive experience both within UK and internationally he has helped organisations to improve across their governance, systems, processes and upskilled teams against a backdrop of sound financial controls. During his tenure at Wandsworth Oasis he hopes to support the charity in its transition and delivery of the updated strategy, providing clear financial stewardship and a platform to allow the charity to grow and increase grant giving.
Mark Wills - Williams Trustee Expand Mark Wills- Williams Mark has amassed 30 years of experience in the retail property market and has worked in all sectors, including agency, development, in-house advisory and asset management. Previously Retail Department Head at Erdman Lewis (Colliers), he went on to become Head of Retail Agency at Atis Real (now BNP Paribas), before joining DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as Head of International Leasing. Mark has worked on a number of retail administrations, including Office Outlet and Bath Store with Deloitte, BDO and Hilco. He advised TK Maxx on their entry into the UK market and was involved in the pre-leasing of the Colosseum Centre in Bucharest, a 1,500,000 sq. ft mixed-use development. As the Asset Manager for Sager Developments, Mark co-ordinated the leasing and residential sales on the 500,000 sq. ft Islington Square mixed-use development. He has worked with sunrise records following their acquisition of HMV, co-ordinating lease restructure discussions with landlords.

Leonie Cooper Trustee Expand Leonie Cooper Leonie Cooper AM was elected to the London Assembly in May 2016. Since then, she has lead for Labour on the Environment, including chairing the Assembly’s Environment Committee. Under her leadership, the Committee has produced reports with recommendations on how to reduce single-use plastic bottle waste in London, how to tackle Londoners’ fuel poverty, how London’s parks and open spaces can be maintained despite budget cuts, and on how to promote the circular economy. She produced her own report for the Assembly Housing Committee on biodiversity in new housing developments. Prior to her election in May 2016, Leonie worked in the field of environmental sustainability and campaigned on air quality - an issue she has continued to work on since being elected

Jason Rosam Trustee Expand Jason Rosam "I'm a radio presenter and journalist currently working for BBC Radio London. If that wasnt enough, I'm also the founder and director of local community radio station Wandsworth Radio which supports hundreds of volunteers to produce local news and entertainment programmes highlighting the work and people of the borough. "I became a trustee when Wandsworth Oasis gave the radio station a home above one of the charity shops in Battersea Park Road."
Chris Woolls Trustee Expand Chris Woolls I’ve worked in prevention and now support for older people with HIV for about 20 years now – so when Oasis asked if I fancied joining the Board to add HIV knowledge I jumped at the idea. I love the fact that they raise so much money, work with so many volunteers, and are so grounded in the community. Pretty inspirational stuff!
