Environmental charity Hubbub are bringing their Neat Streets initiative to Wandsworth from today, in order to help combat disruptive and environmentally unsound practices like littering and fly-tipping.

The campaign, run in collaboration with local councils, has previously found its way to Brighton, Edinburgh, and other parts of London such as Sutton and Aldwych.

From today, creative ways of reducing littering will be trialled in Tooting, including the installation of a striking new mural in the Church Lane car park, produced by renowned street artist Will Vibes.

Our Amen Corner shop volunteers, including Norman (pictured right with CEO Gill Perkins), will be taking part in a special Clean-Up day on Tuesday March 6th, doing their bit to #TakeCareOfTooting.

Look out for further updates via our Twitter feed, as well as those of Hubbub and Wandsworth Council. For now though, you can take a peek at the sort of things to expect to see around Tooting below!
