A. Customers to notify us by email within 7 working days of receiving the item of their intent to make a return..
B. Customer to use a "tracked" postal method when returning an item.
C. We do not reimburse cost of posting an item back to us.
A. We have a "No Quibble" policy on returns and refunds.
B. As per "RETURNS" policy above - Item B - we will process the refund once the item has been received.
C. We will make the refund using the same method that the customer used to pay for the item.
