Scope and purpose of position
Reporting to the General Manager, but working closely with the Chief Executive and Business Development Manager, we are looking for a unique and special person who wants to learn how to manage and grow a chain of community based charity shops.  You’ll have a great sense of humour, an innate sense of customer service, flexibility, excellent sales skills, a head for numbers and a passion for charity shops and retail.

Working closely with loyal teams of volunteers and the existing staff members, this is a great opportunity for someone starting off on their career.  It’s a varied role focussing on maximising revenue across all shops engaging with the local community and using social media to promote the charity and its activities.   

Terms and conditions
37.5 hours a week (flexible working including weekends).   The salary is up to £18,330 per annum depending on experience with a holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum and pension.
